STEPS TO SUCCESS
1 Line a 15 × 20 cm baking tray with cling film, covering the bottom and sides.
2 Mix the protein powder, oat flour and cocoa together in a bowl.
3 Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
4 Press the mixture into the tray, smoothing the surface with the back of a spoon.
5 Freeze for 1–2 hours, then cut into bars, about 10 × 4 cm wide.
6 Cover with chocolate coating and store in the fridge.
