HOW TO MAKE THE CHOCOLATE COATING

INGREDIENT­S

200 g dark chocolate, melted

200 g coconut oil, melted

METHOD

1 Mix equal quantities of dark chocolate and coconut oil together.

2 Place the frozen bars on a cooling rack set on top of a baking tray. 3 Lightly pour over the chocolate coating (it will set very quickly) and

keep the bars refrigerat­ed until needed.
