ASIAN CHICKEN RICE SALAD

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

2 cups brown rice

¼ cup pickled ginger

2 cups shredded roast chicken 1 cucumber, thinly sliced

3 tbsp black sesame seeds, toasted 4 tbsp soy sauce

STEPS TO SUCCESS

Prepare the rice, cooking it for about 45 minutes. 2

Divide the rice into four bowls and top with ginger, chicken and cucumber. 3 To serve, sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle with soy sauce.
