Preparatio­n time: over 2 hours Cooking time: 10 to 30 mins 5 x 20cm pizza bases 250-350ml lukewarm water 1 tbs active dried yeast 550g white flour, plus extra for dusting 1 tsp salt 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for brushing Pour 150ml of the water into a bowl and sprinkle over the yeast. Stir to dissolve, then leave to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes. Sift the flour and salt into a large bowl. Add olive oil into the yeast mixture and stir until well
