It’s ‘WAR’ for superstars Tiger and Hrithik
FINALLY, after much speculation, the eagerly awaited Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff starrer has a title.
Produced by Yash Raj Pictures and directed by Sidharth Anand, the highoctane action entertainer has been titled
WAR and has the two superstar actors pitted against each other as arch-rivals.
Vaani Kapoor plays the leading lady. The trailer recently opened to lavish praise.
The movie will release on October 2.
● Sequel for Johar classic:
AFTER setting new standards years ago with Dostana, Karan Johar has finally announced a sequel.
While the original had John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan playing a gay couple with Priyanka Chopra as the leading lady, the new instalment features rising stars Kartik Aryan and Jhanvi Kapoor.
There are also rumours that Fateh Randhawa, the son of actress Farah Naaz and nephew of Tabu, will make his debut in this Collin D’Cunha directorial venture.
● Priyanka, former manager call truce:
FIFTEEN years ago, Priyanka Chopra had a nasty fallout with her manager, Prakash Jaju.
While Jaju had filed a case against the actress for breach of contract, Chopra retorted with a case of extortion and blackmail.
Jaju subsequently spent 67 days in jail. He previously confirmed making a movie, titled 67, that exposed the personal life of the former Miss World.
Now reports claim the warring duo have called a truce and settled their differences out of court.
● New beginnings for new stars:
TWO of the hottest talents from Bollywood are set to unite for the first time. Fresh from the success of her debut entertainer, Student of the Year 2, Ananya Panday will team up with Ishaan Khatter for a movie that will be produced by Bharat film-maker Ali Abbas Zafar.
