‘Free Falling’ hits the airwaves
POPULAR musician Creagen Naidoo has released his latest single called Free Falling, on the heels of his first two dance tracks.
Commenting on his newest release he said: “The song stems from the need for love.
“The lyrics paint the picture of the protagonist trying hard to resist his feelings and emotions, but is tumultuously weakened and deeply ensnared.
“His resistance results in the opposite effect captivating and bewitching him. It helps us transcend another level and to accept that not everything is within our conscious control,” Naidoo said.
“That deep, within the innermost workings of the human psyche, exist unimaginable and unexplained phenomena – including potential forces that crave satisfaction and desires, with compelling needs.
“Love is also likened to a euphoric drug or an alcoholic cocktail that permeates our cells on a molecular level, ultimately declaring us humans as unrelenting and insatiable passionate beings,” said Naidoo.
Free Falling marks his third single in just a few months.
“It is a build-up to an album. I worked with a young producer, ‘SkattIsDead’, who works with many well-recognised artists.
“I like that he thinks out of the box,” Naidoo said.
“I play live guitar on the track,
I am the writer, composer and co-producer.
“I shot my first music video, which will play soon on television.”
Born and raised on the KwaZuluNatal North Coast, the musician lives in uMhlanga and juggles his music career with a full-time job in IT.
The newest release is available on all digital platforms.
“It has been playlisted on some radio channels,” Naidoo said.
