HUSBAND FINDS EXPLICIT MESSAGES BETWEEN HIS WIFE AND HINDU PRIEST:

Shiksha Rampersad: Such a forgiving husband. He is still trying to make things work. The wife is no angel.

Reshmee Suripersadh: Why is he only blaming the priest? His wife is equally responsible.

Roshilla Deepnarain: Name and shame him (the priest), with fullsize photo… Disgraceful. This must be done to other defaulting priests. We are supposed to get proper guidance from them…

Reshma Mahepal Balkissoon: It takes two to tango. Why blame one person?

Aniel Poolaraj: No, don’t blame the priest. A woman must know her place when she is married. It takes two to tango. Both parties are guilty.

Soraya Khan: I’m surprised everyone is only blaming the priest. The lady was married. No matter when the affair started, she had to think about the choices she made. Don’t blame one person. It takes both hands to clap. He forgave his wife. He could have forgiven the priest and reported him, maybe removed him from his position to be safe in the future. But he is only shaming the priest…

Ash Dookie: How can the wife say she doesn’t know why she did it. If I was this guy, I would let his wife go. She will do it again with someone else and this priest, he needs a terrible hiding.

Chandrekha Maikoo: Nobody can manipulate you. Everyone has a mind of their own. Both are to be blamed.

REACTION UNIT FINED

R20 MILLION, BACK IN BUSINESS:

Lomesh Panday: Fully support Rusa! They put the interests of the community before criminals. South Africa’s justice system needs to adopt the same stance. Criminals thrive on the indulgence of society’s understanding.

Akshar Singh: But I don’t understand. They were doing the job the police couldn’t do. So now they are classed as vigilantes. But they actually protect the community something the SAPS, metro and even the ANC can’t do effectively.

Charmaine Pillay: Training staff is important, also screening that they are a good fit for the organisation and, most importantly, uphold all the company’s values in and off the workplace.

Rowen Chinka: R20 million fine for that? OMG, imagine if they killed somebody!

Jabs Mahomed: Rusa has accepted the ruling and has publicly apologised. End of story.

DRUG DEALING CHARGES AGAINST “BLOODS GANG” PROVISIONALLY WITHDRAWN: Leon Darman: Drug dealing will continue to flourish with our poor justice system. Shocking after drugs were found on the site!

Charlene Singh: I smell a rat!

OF COURSE IT’S OKAY FOR MEN TO CRY:

Tracy M Pillay: Of course it is. Sorrow, happiness, sadness and other emotions are not just reserved for women.

Natlien Boënne: Boys are brought up to believe only girls and ladies cry. We need to stop teaching this teaching. Crying is a way to deal with emotional stress. It’s part of the healing process. Men should feel comfortable to cry.

Mukhtar Sulaiman: It is perfectly okay for men to cry. And if you don’t that’s okay too. Men who cry are not weak. The heart feels a deeper sense of emotion.

PHOENIX GRAN, 81, DIES IN BLAZE AFTER CANDLE FALLS:

Sakina Moodley: This is so sad and such a terrible way to die. Having so many kids and grandkids, yet she lived without electricity for so many years. It is heartbreaking.

Raeesa Rae John: This is so sad. Who leaves an 81-year-old woman who cannot walk unaided, with no electricity to live alone?

Sandeepa Singh: Sad that she had to die alone and in such a brutal way.
