Asian Beef Stir Fry
250g beef strips
2 fresh carrots
1 green pepper
250g mixed mushrooms
1 onion
200g Woolworths medium egg noodles 100ml Woolworths Easy to Wok Ginger and Soy Sauce
3 cloves fresh garlic
3 sticks fresh thyme
2 tbs olive oil
In a saucepan, fry the beef strips in olive oil, garlic and thyme until it cooks.
Add the freshly chopped vegetables. Add a little water and allow to simmer.
When the water dries up and the vegetables cook, add the wok sauce.
Season with pepper.
Add the noodles.
