Mojito

THIS suave Latin cooler employs a lot of fresh and herbaceous flavour, to ease the spirits journey into the system.

2 shots (50ml) white rum

1 shot (25ml) sugar syrup (see bottom left of the page)

1.5 limes, quartered 10-12 mint leaves

Muddle mint and limes in a shaker.

Add sugar syrup and rum, and shake.

Pour into a glass topped with crushed ice to fill the glass, and soda to top up (add lemonade if you like it sweeter).
