Pina Colada

2 shots (50ml) white rum 1 shot (25ml) coconut milk 2 shots (50ml) pineapple juice 1 shot (25ml) lime juice

1 shot (25ml) sugar syrup (see bottom left of the page)

Combine in a tall glass, over crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice.
