60ml vodka 20ml lime juice 15ml ginger syrup

GINGER SYRUP: Bring to boil 150ml of water with a stick of chopped ginger. Add 120g of sugar and allow to dissolve.

Build all the ingredient­s in a tall glass. Top with ice. Stir and top with ginger ale or club soda.

Garnish with a lime and ginger slice.
