A new world will emerge

- GURUJI GOPAL VYAS (Hindu priest Vedic and numerology astrology consultant, and dharm guru):

THE year 2022 has begun and we are all looking forward to seeing the new sunrise with renewed energy, positive news and a more progressive year.

According to numerology, 2022 will be a number 6 (Virgo) year. However, according to Vedic astrology, this year begins on Saturday with Jyeshta Nakshatra in Scorpio moon sign.

If we look at South Africa, it appears that this year will be a slow-growth year, but in comparison to other African nations, it will be a steady growth year. Our intellectual and think tank will bring positive solutions for the economy and industry at large.

There will be few job creation opportunities, but entrepreneurship will increase and there will be growth in the information technology, mining and agricultural sectors. The hospitality and manufacturing industries will find it difficult to recover until they come up with out-of-the-box ideas. The economy will remain a concern until February.

Water and electricity will become more expensive. This year, politically, will be unstable. Many municipalities will run without consistent leadership. South Africa may lose a big leader.

This year, corrupt individuals will face the consequences, which will aid in the recovery of the economy. Countries such as the UK and a few European countries will experience rapid growth, but running governments will be difficult.

Asian countries will become the fastest growing in the world. India will become a more investor-friendly country, which will help to create more jobs in technology and raw material manufacturing.

People will invest in cryptocurrency and high-risk mutual funds, which is not recommended, so think twice before you invest in this type of investment. The global stock market will lose a lot of money between February and March.

The Covid virus will weaken, but it will continue to be a concern until April. After July, a new world will emerge, free of sadness and negative energy, allowing every human to move forward and create new life.

PRISCILLA GENDRON (Psychic medium and healer):

AS THE year starts, we feel the ease of tension for a lot of people and there seems to be a better understanding from the universe and where we are going.

This is a year of structure, including governments, and how people want their lives to be going forward. Also, people are taking care of their bodies,

especially their bones and teeth.

We feel the energies shift in the first half of the year. The people of South Africa feel the need to become more self-sustaining and return to the earth’s energies, growing their own food and being healthier in general.

We take the lead from the people in power and take a stand for our beliefs. There is more shifting in the government and people will suddenly leave their posts under a cloud and there are a lot of questions.

The borders open from February-March and we are free to travel without much fuss. Tourism will take a turn for the good with new and interesting concepts.

South Africa again becomes the leader in clinical research in virology and we make headway in finding results and answers, etc.

Water is still elusive in certain parts of South Africa (northern) and farmers need assistance through the better part of 2022. But the tide will turn in September onwards.

This year comes with its ups and downs. July will be a turning point for a lot of international people in power as the house of cards seems to cave in and fall down.

A lot of things hidden will be revealed and start to make sense. It’s about what kind of a world you want to live in and

taking steps towards making your life the best version it can be.

There is still going to be a lot of upheaval in certain countries as their governments and the people square off against one another.

There is also a change in certain governments like the US and Australia, which will turn the tide for those countries.

One country that seems to shine next year will be India. It will make decisions that are for the good of its people and show the world how it’s done.

2022 is going to be a year where we decide how we want our world to be and we take the steps to make it a healthier, happier and more inclusive place. Don’t be scared to question everything and see whether it works for you or not.

(Fortune teller and life coach):

WHEN looking at the energies for 2022, I see that the aura is the colour red.

This is the base chakra and it is tied up with the concerns that the world as a whole is having about survival.

Red is about anger, frustration, fear, anxiety and even some guilt.

The good news though is that this red aura is temporary and it will soon give way to yellow, green and pink as we enter February going into March.

The yellow means that people will make better decisions and they will be a lot calmer about the decisions they make.

The green and pink refer to lots of affection and kindness, and a cloud of universal and collective compassion.

In South Africa, there is going to be a move away from old relationships, and party alliances and friendships that have caused the country harm. This will lead to a lot of new alliances and our economy will benefit to a large extent from this.

Strength has come up as a collective energy, which says that as a whole people are going to be a lot healthier, especially in view of the pandemic and the crisis attached to it.

But it also means that people will have a lot more strength to cope with any challenges that may come their way. The pandemic will be subsiding in strength and number of cases.

So financially, South Africans will be stronger and because they will also not be so focused on their health this will lead to a happier nation.

The South African energy is a reflection and microcosm of what will be happening on the world stage as a whole.

There will be a lot of joy and a lot of reasons to celebrate across the world in 2022, as it seems that people are going to want to be nicer to one another.
