The rules:

THE COMPETITION is open to babies between 10 and 18 months old. Pictures must be current and not more than two months old. Only one picture may be submitted. Employees of Independent Media, the sponsors, their advertising agencies and their immediate families may not enter. The Editor’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Little Angels page appears on the last Wednesday of the month. Entries close on March 21. The competition will run from January to November. An independent panel of judges will select the baby of the month. Due to space constraints, not all pictures that are received will be published in the newspaper. However, every baby will be considered by the judges and all entries received will be published on the POST Baby Facebook page.
