Spicy Steak Stir Fry

ENJOY a hearty meal for iftar today with our beef stir fry recipe

MARINADE:

2 tbs Allifas vinegar

5 tbs soy sauce

1 tbs honey

1 tbs peeled, grated fresh ginger 1 tbs Allifas chilli flakes

1 tbs Allifas ground cumin

BEEF AND STIR-FRY:

2 kg fillet steak in strips

1 tbs cornstarch

2 tbs vegetable oil

1 tbs dark toasted sesame oil (optional)

cut veggies of choice

METHOD:

Combine all the marinade ingredient­s.

Add the fillet strips and allow to marinate steak for 2 hours.

Stir fry the steak in oil until almost done, and add chopped veggies of your choice.

Once cooked, and the veggies are still crunchy, add a dash of soy sauce, honey, Allifas chilli sauce and garnish with coriander.

Serve on a bed of noodles or rice.
