Sehri Cardamom Oats

SPICE it up with our cardamom oats recipe that will keep you feeling full and fuelled while fasting.

INGREDIENT­S:

1 cup milk

1 cup water

½ cup rolled oats

½ tsp Allifas ground cinnamon ½ tsp Allifas ground cardamom 1 tsp Allifas vanilla essence a pinch of Allifas salt

METHOD:

Add water and almond milk to a small pot over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Once boiling, stir in the oats, cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla and salt. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 3 minutes.

Turn off the heat, cover and let it sit for 5 minutes. Divide evenly into two bowls. Top with bananas and a dash of cinnamon and cardamom.
