Spicy Chicken Tikka

OUR spicy chicken tikka recipe always lights a fire at the dinner table

INGREDIENT­S:

1 whole chicken

2 tbs fenugreek

1 tbs garlic

½ tbs ginger

1 tbs lemon juice

½ cup green yoghurt 1¼ tbs Allifas garam masala

1 tbs Allifas coriander powder

½ tsp Allifas turmeric powder

½ tbs red pepper powder ½ tbs Allifas black pepper

Allifas salt to taste

METHOD:

Marinate the chicken in all the above ingredient­s and refrigerat­e overnight.

Place the chicken pieces on a baking tray and bake on 160ºC until cooked.

Enjoy with Allifas chilli sauce for an extra punch, alongside buttery hot naan.
