500ml Custard or Ultra Mel 1 Swiss roll or sponge cake Glacé cherries
1 can peach slices
I can nestle cream Pecan nuts (optional)
Layer the Swiss roll on any round deep glass bowl of choice. Drain the juice from the canned peaches and smear the juice all over the Swiss roll. Pour Nestle cream over the juice and Swiss roll. Layer peach slices over the cream and pour over the custard. Repeat process as above and decorate as desired.
