500ml Cus­tard or Ul­tra Mel 1 Swiss roll or sponge cake Glacé cher­ries

1 can peach slices

I can nes­tle cream Pecan nuts (op­tional)

Layer the Swiss roll on any round deep glass bowl of choice. Drain the juice from the canned peaches and smear the juice all over the Swiss roll. Pour Nes­tle cream over the juice and Swiss roll. Layer peach slices over the cream and pour over the cus­tard. Repeat process as above and dec­o­rate as de­sired.
