Sweet­corn La­gaan

2 cups semolina

250ml sour milk

1 bunch co­rian­der

1 onion

1 tsp salt

1 tsp turmeric

1 can cream­style Sweet­corn 1 can whole corn drained ½ cup oil

3 green chill­ies finely chopped

Mix the above to­gether. Add 2 tsp bak­ing pow­der and ½ tsp bi­car­bon­ate of soda, and mix all to­gether.

Place in a bak­ing tray or bak­ing cups and bake for 30 min­utes at 180°C.

When done, switch the oven off and leave for an­other 5 min­utes.

Re­move from the oven – cool, then cut into slices if baked in a bak­ing tray.
