2 cups semolina
250ml sour milk
1 bunch coriander
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric
1 can creamstyle Sweetcorn 1 can whole corn drained ½ cup oil
3 green chillies finely chopped
Mix the above together. Add 2 tsp baking powder and ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda, and mix all together.
Place in a baking tray or baking cups and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
When done, switch the oven off and leave for another 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven – cool, then cut into slices if baked in a baking tray.
