Seafood Pasta

Boil 400g spaghetti in salted wa­ter un­til al dente. Strain and set aside.

750g prawns


1 tsp seafood masala Juice of half lemon

1 tbs gar­lic in­fused olive oil

Sea­son prawns with salt, masala, lemon juice and driz­zle over olive oil.

2 tbs but­ter

2 tbs olive oil

1 large onion, chopped

2 red chill­ies, finely sliced 2 green chill­ies, finely sliced 6 cloves gar­lic, chopped A few sprigs thyme 300g mus­sels

1 tsp chilli flakes Handful chopped pars­ley Lemon wedges

Heat but­ter and olive oil in a pot. Add onion, red and green chill­ies and chopped gar­lic.

When onions are lightly browned, add prawns and fresh thyme. Cook for about 3-4 min­utes, then add mus­sels and chilli flakes. Cover and cook for about 4-5 min­utes.

Add spaghetti and chopped pars­ley. Toss well and serve with lemon wedges.
