Boil 400g spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Strain and set aside.
1 tsp seafood masala Juice of half lemon
1 tbs garlic infused olive oil
Season prawns with salt, masala, lemon juice and drizzle over olive oil.
2 tbs butter
2 tbs olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 red chillies, finely sliced 2 green chillies, finely sliced 6 cloves garlic, chopped A few sprigs thyme 300g mussels
1 tsp chilli flakes Handful chopped parsley Lemon wedges
Heat butter and olive oil in a pot. Add onion, red and green chillies and chopped garlic.
When onions are lightly browned, add prawns and fresh thyme. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, then add mussels and chilli flakes. Cover and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
Add spaghetti and chopped parsley. Toss well and serve with lemon wedges.
