1 medium onion, sliced
6 tbs oil
4 tbs Chilli Kadhai Curry Paste 1 tomato, chopped salt
4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped into cubes
Sauté onion in oil and add curry paste. Stir in tomato and add salt to taste.
Add potatoes and lower heat, allowing to simmer for 10-15 minutes, depending on the type of potato and the size of the cubes.
Add a little water to keep it from burning.
It’s best cooked on medium/low heat or until soft and melting. Garnish with dhania once cooked.
