A healthy dose of thanks to Addington

I WAS admitted to Addington Hospital for the second time on November 2 after my first operation in September for removing my gall bladder.

I was surprised that the doctors in the theatre treated me kindly and explained the procedures to me. I would like to thank Dr Gokool, Dr Sibiya, Dr Buthi, sisters Ndlovu, Namnathi and the others who were there at the time of my second operation.

I was in ward 3A and I would also like to thank the manager and senior sister NP Majola, sisters Mthetwa, Mbatha, Doyisa, Dlamini and doctors Reddy and Bashall.

I hope there can be more doctors and nurses in this hospital like them, who take their work seriously despite being overworked. I feel for them and hope management puts this hospital right.
