Some Beers and a Bite

-

To accompany the successful range of beers, Darling Brew has opened a restaurant at its microbrewery in Darling, Western Cape. Taste a selection of Darling Brew craft beers (including Slow Beer, Silver Back, Rogue Pony, Gypsy Mask, Thunder Bird, Sungazer, Black Mist, and Bone Crusher) before settling on your favourite to order with lunch at the Tasting Room, operated by Flying Pig Cure Smiths. Braai meats are predominantly featured, with an emphasis on pork. The decadently messy ribs are great to tuck into during lunch time, and the pulled pork sandwich is a winner. If you prefer some light nibbles, artisanal tapas are available to complement the beer. During Summer, take your drinks and bites outside to enjoy the sun – there is a playground for the little ones of your group.
