The mod­ern Afro-soul singer, 26, whose real name is Amanda Faku, has promised her fans noth­ing but the best.

A new­comer at the Huawei Joburg Day in the Park stage, which cel­e­brated its fifth an­niver­sary on Fri­day, Faku en­ter­tained the crowd with her soul­ful mu­sic in­clud­ing the hit sin­gle Into ngawe.

Tak­ing place at the Jo­han­nes­burg Botan­i­cal Gar­dens in Em­mar­en­tia on May 16, the mu­sic fes­ti­val hosted by Huawei and 94.7 ticks all the boxes for an un­for­get­table fam­ily day out. Sta­tion man­ager at 94.7, Thando Makhunga said: “Ev­ery time artists bring their A game.”
