Up to date but 5 months behind… how?
I WOULD like some advice on how to go about a local funeral policy that seems to be very unreliable.
My aunt has a policy with them and I am in possession of the books and make payments for her on a monthly basis for a number of years. Since we stay in an underdeveloped town in the Northern Cape, the companies come every month to collect payments. Last year, they stopped.
The policy is currently five months behind going on six, and now they are telling me that my policy is up to date and can just continue with payments.

Georgie: I don’t quite understand what is going on here but think you should rather take your business elsewhere – imagine the problems you’ll have when you have to claim, eventually!
