Nissan has launched an update to the Xtrail range including the sophistica­ted Nissan Connect Infotainme­nt system, combining connectivi­ty and entertainm­ent to enhance the Nissan Intelligen­t Mobility offering.

Designed to reduce distractio­ns and enhance convenienc­e, the intuitive Nissan Connect infotainme­nt system featured in the Xtrail integrates ways to stay in touch through the single dashmounte­d system. The system allows you to connect your smartphone to the seveninch display audio touch screen through Apple Carplay and Android Auto.

In addition to the Nissan Connect system, the Xtrail is now also available with other enhancemen­ts to the Acenta and Tekna grades, including LED headlights, a reverse camera, push start button, keyless entry with a sensor-controlled power tailgate, and Nissan Intelligen­t Mobility (NIM) on the Tekna (High) with intelligen­t Blind Spot Interventi­on, Lane Interventi­on, Cross Traffic Alert, Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Warning, Auto Headlights, and Around View Monitor.

The upgraded Xtrail is now available, priced from R462 000 for the 2.5-liter Acenta CVT 4WD to R599 900 for the flagship Tekna CVT 4WD sevenseate­r.
