VITO 25 YEARS…

-

The Mercedesbenz Vito turns 25 this year and to celebrate this, the local range, available in Panel Van, Tourer, and Mixto guise, has been updated. The revitalised Vito not only sports a more attractive form but is packed with value-adding enhancements in the interior as well.

The updated radiator grille design – with and without the chrome option – is available when ordered with selected factory options such as Active Brake Assist, painted bumpers, and a Driver Assist Package. Inside, elegant “Caluma” fabric, with a white stripe pattern on the seat cushion and backrest, and the sides and headrest finished off in black, replaces the previous “Tunja” fabric.

New ventilation nozzles (similar to the class-leading Vclass) with a sporty turbine look are incorporated, and with the optional chrome package, the central dashboard is now framed by a high-quality piano lacquer finish. With this option, the surrounds of the new ventilation nozzles come in a chrome design.

The range of infotainment systems has also been updated. The Audio 10 system now has a Bluetooth interface with hands-free functionality, and the new Audio 30 and Audio 40 infotainment systems with a seveninch touchscreen has Smartphone Integration via Apple Carplay and Android Auto.

All new Mercedesbenz Vito facelift vehicles come standard with a fiveyear/100 000 km Servicecare Bestbasic contract. Pricing for the facelifted Vito range starts from R573 041 for the Vito 111 CDI Panel Van, while the top-of-the-range Vito 119 CDI Tourer Select is available for R1 109 788.
