Noakes is storing a fat problem for the future

-

I CAN’T believe a man in Tim Noakes’s position has a weight or fat problem for a start.

I have been in the sports industry all my life and represented my country in gymnastics, swum competitively, won the mixed doubles Dusi canoe marathon, was a Natal canoe sprinter and run the Comrades.

Through my experience with clients over 17 years and my own body – healing it from diverse overuse problems – I have managed to change my body fat levels and shape through my eating plan (which I have written a book on).

It is based on the levels of our mind-control, and eating 70 percent carbohydrates, 15 percent protein and 15 percent fats daily (by the way real carbs – not the processed junk that everyone calls carbs).

The most important factor regarding weight is our body fat level… if we don’t reduce it, it will increase annually and it gets harder and harder to lose the fat.

Losing weight is easy, but that is mostly all water loss from not consuming carbs.

The problem is that only in about one or two years’ time (if Noakes lasts… sickness should set in, he will look “aged” and will start bingeing), his body fat level will be evident in a huge amount of excess surface fat which will be extremely hard to get rid of.

What mostly concerns me is the average person is bombed with so much misinformation and people like me have to “tidy” it up, which is a hard job.

We will definitely have a crisis on our hands if society thinks this is the way to go!
