Assisted living services offered for residents in lifestyle estate

HERITAGE Estate, Modderfontein is a sectional title mature lifestyle estate catering for the over-50s. Modern apartments surround the historic Heritage House which has been restored to house a lounge, restaurant, wellness hub, private cinema and more.

The estate, named after Heritage House built in 1910, now offers residents facilities including the 1910 lounge, the Linton Restaurant, a library, home theatre room, business centre, salon, wellness hub and more. Trafalgar Property Managers manage the estate.

It is partnered with Trucare Age Well Solutions, who offer assisted living services to residents needing full or part-time care, in the comfort of their home. A matron is on site week days for any emergencies, initial assessments, check-ups and consultations.

Residents receive a panic button linked to the guard house and wellness hub.

Laundry, cleaning and general health services are also available and the estate is pet-friendly.

The completed units are one to three-bedroom apartments from R1.15 million to R1.975m.

The next phase of the Estate Olive Grove will feature simplex units from R2.2m.
