REALITY TV star, business woman and fitness mogul Rushda Moosajee is well known for featuring in hit reality show The Real Housewives of Cape Town.

She is also the founder and CEO of female fitness empire Rushtush.

Fondly known as Rushtush, she is a qualified personal trainer and online coach. She is a mother of three boys and has been in the health and fitness industry for the past 11 years.

You are only able to do one exercise for the rest of your life. What exercise do you choose to do?

It’s a tie between trail running our mountains and kettlebell work!

Your favourite item of clothing in your closet currently is...?

My fuchsia pink Valentino tan go platform pumps and my butter cream teddy fur coat.

What are three items that we can find at any given time in your fridge?

Liquid egg whites, spinach and chillis

Your go-to cheat meal is...?

There is no such thing as a cheat meal. It would mean I’m doing something forbidden, and no food is off-limits. My fave comfort meal is chicken curry and roti, lol.

What one thing has caught your attention on social media in the last week?

Celebritie­s coming out that they’re queer to gain relevance. Insincerit­y to remain topical is cringey and insulting to the LGBTQIA+ community.

You are able to invite any three people in the world for dinner at your place. Who do you choose to invite and why?

Drake, Muhammad Ali, Bruce Lee. Do I need to say more?

What is the biggest misconcept­ion people have of you?

That I’m the loudest person in the room just because I’m confident, but I don’t need to make a noise to be heard or seen.

You are going to be stuck on an island for a year but can have one celebrity with you, one book, and a song with you. What are your choices?
