FPI chief executive quits
THE chief executive of Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa (FPI), Godfrey Nti, has resigned. By mutual consent, Nti leaves the FPI to pursue other interests.
Nti was placed on special leave in June pending the outcome of a full investigation into the suspension of regulatory examinations administered by the institute and allegations of mismanagement.
“The board is thankful for Godfrey’s years of service and contribution to the organisation,” said FPI chairperson Ntai Phoofolo.
Stephanie Pillay, the FPI’S chief operating officer, will continue acting as its chief executive until further notice. – Staff Reporter
