SPY HONOURED

-

The mayor of Moscow has decreed that a square near the SVR foreign intelligence service headquarters be named after Kim Philby, pictured. Philby, a Briton, was considered the most successful Soviet double agent during the Cold War. He resigned from MI6 in 1951 and defected to the Soviet Union in 1963, where he died in 1988. |
