South African en­trepreneurs Jess Hen­rich and Niel du Toit have in­tro­duced a new con­cept that takes the gin trend in South Africa to a whole new level. A Mari Ocean Gin, the only gin in the world dis­tilled with At­lantic Ocean sea­wa­ter, gets its unique smooth­ness and com­plex­ity from the min­er­als in the sea­wa­ter which aid in the oil ex­trac­tion from Cape coastal botan­i­cals.
