Since 1875, when Joseph Bulova, a 23-year-old immigrant from the Czech Republic, founded his company, Bulova, in New York City in the United States, it has been renowned for its unique blend of design, style, and technology.

A true innovator, Joseph eventually held more than 50 patents, spurring his company to change timekeeping and society with such feats as the first full line of men’s wrist watches in 1919.

The Bulova Curve collection is one of Bulova’s amazing proprietary innovations, and features the world’s first curved chronograph movement. This range has a high-performance quartz movement that is three times more accurate than the standard quartz movement. It also has a vibrational frequency (262 khz) of eight times greater than standard quartz. It is powered by three-prong quartz crystal, a five-hand chronograph movement, and six-hour sub eye functions. Each model features a curved dial with sapphire case and has a water resistance of 30 m.
