The Big Mamma group, created by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux, has been delighting taste buds across Paris, France, and they are delighted to introduce their newest addition in the City of Lights, Pink Mamma. Serving amazing Italian food in a vintage-style space, filled with plants and colourful tiles, the restaurant is constantly exploring new styles of Italian gastronomy to wow diners. The latest addition to this is an authentic Florentine steak (Bistecca alla Fiorentina) based on pure Tuscan tradition. The 3 m long barbeque (size does matter) is used to grill the 1 kg T-bone steaks and 1.3 kg Tomahawk steaks using a mix of cherrywood and quebracho to infuse the meat with unparalleled flavour.
