A Cooking Extravaganza
Since introducing a special programme of cooking demonstrations around its centrepiece Kitchen Table, Leopard’s Leap Family Vineyards in Franschhoek have been entertaining those passionate about all things culinary to an exceptional experience of cooking, eating, and wining. The amicable Chef Pieter de Jager demonstrates thematic dishes while involving participants in all aspects of cooking, and guiding them to better understand dishes and recipes, to practice techniques, and to confidently identify tastes and matching them with complementing wines. On 6 April, “Sweet, Shweet, Swiet” sees Chef Pieter guiding guests through a tempting array of delicate pastries and moreish desserts.
