The Peech Boutique Hotel, situated in the buzzing suburb of Melrose in Johannesburg, will almost double its guest capacity in 2018 with the addition of 14 stunning new rooms. The hotel is also adding a second restaurant and wine bar, The Peech Brasserie, which will serve a variety of fresh, seasonal dishes. The Peech, which was originally a family home built in the 1950s before being discovered and developed into a boutique hotel by owner James Peech, currently has just 16 bedrooms spread across an acre of beautiful gardens. The new developments at The Peech, which is Fair Trade Tourism certified, will be in keeping with the green ethos that has been an integral part of the hotel since its inception.
