Inverroche Gin School

The Inverroche Gin School teaches guests more about the history and origins of gin, the story of Inverroche and how the Founder, Lorna Scott, experimented determinedly to create their core collection: Gin Classic, Gin Verdant & Gin Amber as well as the distilling process and how to go about designing your own artisanal gin. Guests are greeted with a welcome cocktail and receive a short introduction while engaging with the plentiful botanicals from which they could choose to infuse their gin. The botanicals release their abundance of flavour and the alchemy begins when immersed into the base spirit from which the gin is distilled. During the distilling process participants enjoy a tutored tasting and, upon completion, each imaginative scholar leaves with their very own gin creation, to appreciate, or flaunt, at their own leisure.
