Role of the media

Soccer Laduma - - Siyagobhoza -

Our job, as the media, is to bring the readers the story as it happens – to be there every step of the way. Yes, a lot can change in a short space of time in football, but we will be there to inform readers when they do. The reader can’t be taken for granted. Your are our boss and determine which direction we take to bring you the news that you deserve.

And sometimes waiting for an official confirmation from the club on what is occasionally the worst kept secret is doing a disservice to those who expect us to deliver information that is hot off the press.

We will continue to dig, research and investigate... and you can expect denials from clubs and other stakeholders in the game, but that does not mean that we will stop digging for the readers and supporters.

Every lead is investigated and when we are off the mark, we will roll with the punches. So much talk happens behind the scenes that, as a result, a lot of deals do not happen - and every stakeholder has their reason.
