NEWTOWN SOCCER ACADEMY
The Gauteng-based academy will be conducting an eight-day trials camp for young boys aged 12 to 19 years old from around the country. The camp is from 3 to 9 July in Pretoria. Registration fee per player is R750, which covers accommodation, assessment and food for the duration of camp. All selected footballers will receive registration contract forms to be part of our academy development structure. Players must bring their blanket, toiletries, training kit, copy of birth certificate/ID and school report. We offer all players clubhouse accommodation, school and exposure to professional clubs. We’d like to inform all residents of Mohlabaneng that the tournament will resume this coming weekend after disruption due to heavy rains. Codesa will take on Josy United at 10h00 and Nigeria FC will lock horns with Sedibeng Young Fighters at 12h00, with an exhibition game between Mohlabaneng Masters and Sobona from Gauteng, where the likes of Thuso Phala will feature. Turn Around Future Stars FA, together with Ga-Rankuwa Shining Stars FC, would like to invite SA clubs to join the second-term school holidays camp to be held at Ga-Rankuwa Sports Grounds on 4-9 July at 09h00 to 18h00. Age groups and registration fees: U11 - R500, U13 - R600, U15 - R700, U17 - R900 and U20 - R1 000. Accommodation is R1 000 per classroom at Ga-Rankuwa Primary School.
