PSL MOVE IN THE WORKS FOR NDLELA

The representatives of goalkeeper Simiso Ndlela are assessing opportunities for him in the PSL in anticipation of the 2022/23 season.

Despite losing out on promotion from the ABC Motsepe League to the Motsepe Foundation Championship with Spear of the Nation FC, Ndlela did well to impress scouts with his performances.

A number of second-tier clubs have since made enquiries into the goalkeeper’s availability, with the player’s handlers believed to be working on the best possible option for him.

“There are a few options on the table for Simiso Ndlela to possibly make a step up in his career to the PSL. The player’s representatives are working on something, and talks have been ongoing with potential suitors,” said a source.

“He is a goalkeeper for Spear of the Nation FC from the Eastern Cape, which is a team that competed in the ABC Motsepe League national playoffs. He attracted interest from there, from a number of clubs,” the source concluded.
