Mamelodi Sundowns have made it a habit of going to find talent in South America and it’s worked out quite well for them over the last few years as they have set the bar in efficient scouting of players from the continent. The club is determined to win their second CAF Champions League and they’ve gone to South America to try to get players who can help them conquer the continent. But there is a lot that goes into securing the services of players from South America and Sundowns have made sure that they do not take any shortcuts. It’s no surprise that they are doing so well as a club, but will it finally pay off where it matters most for them – in the Champions League?
