Siyagobhoza rarely gets it wrong

“Soccer Laduma helps in terms of sharing information so that we get to know what’s happening in the world of South African football. Siyagobhoza brings us stories we didn’t know about, especially during the transfer window period. Sometimes clubs don’t want certain information out there, but you’ll find that Siyagobhoza has had that information a long time ago. However, here’s a bit of a funny story which I can’t not share with you. I remember when they cut PSL teams from 18 to 16, I then went to Hellenic. The late Ntate (Mike) Mokoena (ex-Free State Stars chairman) refused to give Hellenic my clearance because he wasn’t happy with what they were putting on the table and then he arranged for me to go to Golden Arrows. During that period, I happened to read a story in Siyagobhoza, where a source was quoted saying I was at home, clubless. Meanwhile, I was in Cape Town! I was laughing because the source seemed so sure of their story, and I was puzzled since Siyagobhoza rarely gets it wrong. The following day, I flew out to Durban because they had booked me a flight to go and join Arrows. Other than that, I have found Siyagobhoza to be a trusted source of accurate football news up to this day.”
