DOC DELUDED?

As far I know, a player gets signed by a team after it made an offer for his services – the way the team plays never really matters. Andile Kotana sent a question to Doctor Khumalo about why he never played in the EPL and Doctor replied by saying his style of play would never have suited the league. As far as I recall, no English side tried to sign him. Does he mean the USA and Argentina football styles suited his? No team in a highprofile league ever wanted to sign Doctor and that was the reason he opted for Columbus Crew. I don’t understand why he had to be so diplomatic in his answer. It’s not as if an EPL side wanted him and he refused because of style of play. The fact is he just wasn’t good enough for the EPL. Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juventus play different types of play, but because Cristiano Ronaldo is good enough, he played and won trophies with all those teams.
