“As soon as I get a copy, I turn to Siyagobhoza because I always want to know what is happening at different football teams. I also enjoy the columns and I read them all the time. Soccer Laduma teaches us a lot and I’m a regular reader of this publication from way back. I remember reading interviews from legends like Lovers Mohlala, Lucas Tlhomelang and others who had a lot of trials to go through, off the field, and I learnt a lot from their experiences, through reading about them in Soccer Laduma. I really hope you guys won’t stop telling such stories because they open people’s eyes. The youngsters and current players can also learn from such stories because I’m one of those who learnt a lot from them. Because of such stories, I never wanted to be involved in anything wrong because these guys were open about the way their off-field behaviour impacted their football careers negatively. They made it clear that they didn’t become who they thought they’d be in their careers because of life off the field. Soccer Laduma is doing a great job and please keep it up.
