MDLULI SET FOR ROYAL AM EXIT?
Veteran midfielder Moffat Mdluli looks set for an exit from Royal AM, the Siya crew has been informed. It was initially thought that the 33-year-old would form part of the 16 players that were deemed surplus to requirements and subsequently discarded by Thwihli Thwahla at the start of season, having made just two appearances in the 2021/22 campaign.
The writing was on the wall for the
lanky midfielder.
However, he survived the chop, and it was understood that the Kwa
Zulu Natal outfit would rely on his experience for the 2022/23 season.
However, with the league almost at the halfway mark, the former SuperSport United and Polokwane City man is yet to feature for Royal AM.
As a result, Soccer Laduma has been informed that Mdluli is understood to be on his way out of theclub.
Reliable Siya sources have spotted the midfielder in Johannesburg as he ponders his next move ahead of the January transfer window.
Mdluli was part of the Royal AM team who competed in the
GladAfrica Championship (now Motsepe Foundation Championship) and continued with the club in the topflight following their purchase of Bloemfontein Celtic’s top-flight status.
