JASMINE ICE TEA
1 cup jasmine tea leaves 3–4ℓ water
½ cup honey ice, to taste
TO SERVE edible flowers (optional)
1. Bring the water to the boil.
2. Add the jasmine tea and boil for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool then strain.
3. When ready to serve, add the honey and ice.
4. Garnish each glass with edible f lowers, if desired.
