(Serves 6)

1 cup jas­mine tea leaves 3–4ℓ water

½ cup honey ice, to taste

TO SERVE ed­i­ble flow­ers (op­tional)

1. Bring the water to the boil.

2. Add the jas­mine tea and boil for 10 min­utes. Set aside to cool then strain.

3. When ready to serve, add the honey and ice.

4. Gar­nish each glass with ed­i­ble f low­ers, if de­sired.
