(Serves 6) 6 tots Tan­queray gin 4 lemons and limes, sliced 1 small English cu­cum­ber, peeled into rib­bons hand­ful rasp­ber­ries plenty of ice

6 bot­tles Fever-Tree Elder­flower Tonic Wa­ter fresh mint, to gar­nish 1. Place a tot of gin, a few slices of lime and lemon, cu­cum­ber, rasp­ber­ries and ice in 6 glasses. Stir to in­fuse.

2. Top up with the tonic wa­ter, more ice, if de­sired, and gar­nish with fresh mint.
