(Serves 6) 6 tots Tanqueray gin 4 lemons and limes, sliced 1 small English cucumber, peeled into ribbons handful raspberries plenty of ice
6 bottles Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water fresh mint, to garnish 1. Place a tot of gin, a few slices of lime and lemon, cucumber, raspberries and ice in 6 glasses. Stir to infuse.
2. Top up with the tonic water, more ice, if desired, and garnish with fresh mint.
