My cook­ing style is re­laxed

and fun. The kitchen gad­get I couldn’t live with­out is

my Nutribul­let. I use it for dips, smooth­ies, soups, purées, desserts and to chop nuts. No din­ner party is com­plete with­out

great friends and a good bot­tle of wine. If I had just one recipe book,

it has to be my recipe jour­nal. My mother gave it to me, and as I’ve dis­cov­ered good recipes, I’ve writ­ten them down – it’s price­less. My store cup­board sta­ples are

pecan nuts (I love them with al­most ev­ery­thing) and cin­na­mon (if I could eat cin­na­mon on ev­ery­thing I would). My favourite com­fort food is

lasagne. Or choco­late – I find it very hard to choose be­tween the two.
