My cook­ing style is mak­ing it up as I go along, un­less it’s a bak­ing recipe.

The kitchen gad­get I couldn’t live with­out is my Ken­wood mixer.

No din­ner party is com­plete with­out some­thing sweet and good mu­sic.

My store cup­board and fridge sta­ples are but­ter and lemons. My favourite comfort food is warm crusty bread, straight out of the oven and slathered in but­ter and salt.

If I had just one recipe book, it would cur­rently be Wild Ad­ven­ture Cook­book by Sarah Glover (Wild Kitchen).

The best thing I ever ate was fresh fish pulled straight out of the ocean in Thai­land and cooked on an open fire.

When it comes to food my fam­ily loves ev­ery­thing but

es­pe­cially pizza.
