Bargains week not to be missed
PARK Village Auctions is set to have three auctions this week.
The first is at Willow Grove Lane Estate in Willow Avenue, Fourways. The property is a duplex with a foyer, a lounge with bar area, a dining room, kitchen and a guest cloakroom.
The upper floor has three bedrooms, main en-suite dressing room and a family bathroom. It also has a double-enclosed carport with automated garage door and a private garden, and is 244m².
“This property is great. It has all the space a family or executive couple who like to entertain could possibly need and more,” Jaco du Toit said.
“It’s modern, in good condition and lies within close reach of some of Johannesburg’s most popular ‘hotspots’. A number of quality schools also lie within close reach as do several major business hubs.”
The property will be auctioned on site on Monday at 11am.
Tuesday’s warehouse auction will see stock from several insolvent estates and liquidations go under the hammer. This includes contents of a motorcycle shop.
An assortment of woodworking machinery will also be auctioned as well as imported household and executive office equipment and furniture.
“This is the kind of sale that buyers tend to flock to as there are items which will appeal to homeowners and business entities alike,” Elaine Hague said.
The auction is at 10.30am on Tuesday at PVA’s warehouse at 14 Prolecon Road, Prolecon, Johannesburg. Viewing will take place on Monday from 9am to 4pm.
On Thursday, look out for the truck and trailer auction.
“Demand for low mileage, quality trucks and trailers has steadily ticked upwards of late,” LeRoy Augustyn said.
The inventory includes bankrepossessed trucks, tractors, yellow metal, “rigids” and trailers.
The auction is at 10.30am at PVA’s truck yard at Nasrec on Randshow Road in Johannesburg South. Viewing will take place the day before from 10am to 4pm.
